Cancellation Policy
Our mentorship program is designed as a support system for sonographers, helping you build confidence, skills, and business knowledge. Please note this is not a replacement for formal classroom education or diagnostic training. To keep the mentorship effective and fair, the following policies apply: Scheduling & Rescheduling: Sessions must be booked in advance. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited. Monthly Use: All sessions must be used within the same month. Unused sessions do not roll over. Refunds: Mentorship packages are non-refundable once started. Communication: Guidance is provided during scheduled Zoom calls. Limited support may be available between sessions via email, with a 24–48 hour response time. Professionalism: Respectful and professional communication is expected. Repeated policy violations may result in termination of mentorship without refund.
